Hi everyone,
I just recently got back from a 7-week intensive Natural Building course out in Oregon learning some of the newest, cutting edge techniques in the Natural Building realm.
As some of you may know, I’m taking my business to the next level by offering design and build services to people who are interested in having their own cob and natural buildings constructed.
I have modified and improved my designing process from my previous offerings. Instead of doing all drawings and diagrams by hand, I am now using a 3D architectural design software called SketchUp. By using this software, you as my client, will get much more detailed perspectives, more accurate designs, and a faster turn around time for your project.
Whether you want to design a large home, a small backyard office or studio, an earthen oven, or whatever comes to your imagination it is now possible to get your ideas turned into concrete designs. RIGHT NOW is the time to start planning for your Spring & Summer 2014 building projects!
There are still very few Natural Builders who are offering professional design services like these. And for a limited time, I’m offering all design services at a special introductory rate to kick off my new services business!
Normally I’ll be charging what other designers do at $35 per hour. But if you want to get in now I’m offering my full design services at just $25 per hour! From start to finish of your project, this price will not change! But you have to get your spot quick because I can only take on a handful of projects at one time.
If you’re interested in designing and building a cob or natural structure then please email me at alex@thiscobhouse.com
Remember that now is the time to start planning for any building projects you want done in the Spring & Summer of 2014. Fall and Winter are quickly approaching and these cold months are the time to prepare and lay out plans so you’re ready to go when it warms up again next year.
Please contact me now with your design requests and lock in with my introductory rate.
Best,
Alex
